2. FITNESS AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Special Fitness services are intended to support fitness, physical activity, and general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. Participants, parents, guardians, caregivers, or other authorized individuals are responsible for informing Special Fitness of relevant limitations, restrictions, accommodations, or safety considerations that may affect participation.
Individuals should consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary before beginning or modifying an exercise program.

3. SCHEDULING, CANCELATIONS AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Special Fitness may communicate with participants, parents, guardians, caregivers, service coordinators, trainers, and other authorized individuals regarding scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, trainer availability, service updates, and other matters related to providing Special Fitness services.
Schedules and trainer availability may change. Special Fitness does not guarantee the availability of a particular trainer, location, schedule, or service time.
